Background history
InspirationKing was born in August 2005, as a personal project for organising inspiring website designs. But why keep it personal, when the whole web could see it? In October 2005 InspirationKing.com was up and open for the web. Since then InspirationKing has grown rapidly, and is now one of the biggest websites in the league. We average a couple hundred unique visitors daily, and about 4000 RSS subscribers.
Quality over quantity
As you might know there are a lot of showcases out there, and InspirationKing is just one of them. But what sets us apart from many is that we focus on quality, and only include the best of the best. That might mean fewer updates, but it's better updates.
Advertise

Our audience
The audience for InspirationKing mainly exist of web geeks and the like. We have visitors from all over the world, working in a broad scare of sectors. We mainly attract designers, illustrators, webmasters and common people with an interest in the web.
CSS Reboot
InspirationKing participated in the reboot November 1st 2006.
We have gone from a bit more colorful and cluttered design, to a more structured one. You could say that we have grown up, and now focus more on the sites. We have also made the navigation better and cut off the "Around the web" feature.
